Terms & Conditions
These terms form a contract between you and us. Please read them. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
The Services are operated by Visional Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number: 04247285
- VAT number: GB877113217
- Registered office: 30 Orange Street, London WC2H 7HF
- Support: toc@virtualtalk.co.uk
- Billing enquiries: toc@virtualtalk.co.uk
- Legal: toc@virtualtalk.co.uk
We are the seller. When you buy credits or services, your contract is with us and our name appears on your payment statement.
2. What we provide
We operate an adult entertainment platform at xpanded.uk. Through it you can access:
- live video chat with cam hosts, in public, private and group formats
- telephone chat with phone chat hosts
- text messaging with hosts
- recorded content, where offered
Cam hosts and phone chat hosts are independent adults who use our platform. They are not our employees or agents. However, we are responsible to you for the Services you buy from us, and nothing in these terms changes that. If something you pay for is not delivered to a reasonable standard, your remedy is against us — see our Refund Policy.
All performances are for adult entertainment purposes.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or 21 where that is the age of majority where you are;
- complete our age assurance process;
- not be accessing the Services from a country or territory where doing so is unlawful;
- not have been convicted of an offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 or the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, or be subject to notification requirements under Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or be subject to a related injunction or damages order;
- not allow anyone under 18 to access the Services through your account or device.
3.1 Age assurance
Access requires age assurance. We will verify your age before allowing access.
We may re-run age assurance at any time. If you fail or refuse, we will suspend access.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at toc@virtualtalk.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed it.
Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Credits, fees and payment
5.1 Credits
Most Services are paid for using credits. Credits are purchased in advance and spent on chat, calls, tips, private shows and recorded content. Prices are shown before you commit.
Credits have no cash value in themselves, but credits you have paid for and not spent remain your money. If your account closes for any reason other than a serious breach of these terms, you can ask us to refund the unspent balance you paid for. See our Refund Policy.
Bonus or promotional credits we award you free of charge have no cash value and are not refundable.
5.2 Prices
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Per-minute rates for live and phone services are displayed before the session starts and, for phone services, throughout.
We may change prices. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
5.3 Payment
Your card issuer's terms govern your use of your card.
5.4 Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you take a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for the same or a comparable service, unless you turn renewal off.
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time, yourself, from your billing settings. You do not need to give notice, contact us, or explain why. Turning it off stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
We will remind you by email before each renewal, and tell you the amount and the date.
5.5 Phone chat and premium rate services
If phone chat is charged through a premium rate number, Visional Media Limited is a provider of phone-paid services and is regulated by the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) under its Code of Practice, in addition to Ofcom. This is a separate regulator with its own registration, monitoring and enforcement powers, including fines and service barring.
Requirements include: registration with the PSA before operating; clear pricing disclosure at the point of promotion and before charges begin; spend and duration reminders; a published complaints route; and record retention sufficient to answer complaints. Confirm the telephony provider, the number ranges, the tariff, and PSA registration status, then complete this section.]
Where phone services are charged to your phone bill, the bill payer must have given permission.
Call costs are shown next to each number.
6. Your right to cancel
6.1 The 14-day right
Because you buy from us at a distance, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get your money back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU).
6.2 When it does not apply
For digital content and services supplied immediately, you lose that right once supply begins — but only if you asked for immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right. We ask for both at checkout.
So, in plain terms: if you buy credits and have not spent any, you can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund. Once you start spending them on live chat, calls or downloads, the right falls away for what you have used. Your unspent balance stays refundable.
6.3 How to cancel
Email toc@virtualtalk.co.uk or use the contact form. You can use the model cancellation form at Schedule 3 of the Regulations, but you do not have to.
We refund within 14 days of accepting your cancellation, to the payment method you used.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. What you must not do
You must not use the Services to engage in, promote, request or refer to:
(a) sexual content involving anyone under 18, including adults presenting or role-playing as minors, and including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions;
(b) any sexual activity involving, implying or simulating lack of consent, including rape, coercion, or physical restraint against a participant's will;
(c) violent, degrading or humiliating sexual content, including:
- infliction of pain or physical harm, sadism, masochism, strangulation, burning, bruising, injury or torture, whether real or simulated. Mild consensual activity causing no lasting harm, such as light spanking, is permitted;
- visible blood, urine or faeces;
- cutting, or penetration by any object likely to cause harm or associated with violence, including needles, knives, pins and heavy tools;
(d) bestiality;
(e) prostitution, pimping, escorting or arranging offline sexual services;
(f) drug use, real or simulated;
(g) intimate images shared without the consent of the person shown, including images created or altered by any means to appear to show a real person ("deepfakes");
(h) sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person who has not consented to appear.
You must also not:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- behave in a hateful, abusive, threatening, harassing, racist, defamatory or obscene way toward hosts, staff or other users;
- record, screenshot, copy, redistribute or republish any part of a performance. Hosts have a right to privacy and control over their image, and we enforce this;
- attempt to identify, locate, contact or meet a host outside the Services, or ask them for personal contact details;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or our networks;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools;
- use the Services for commercial purposes without our written agreement;
- impersonate anyone, including our staff.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in more detail and forms part of these terms.
If you breach this section we may suspend or close your account, withhold or forfeit credits to the extent lawful and proportionate to the breach, and report you to the police or a regulator. Where an offence may have been committed against a person, we will report it whether or not you are still a user.
8. Content you post
You keep ownership of content you post.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit that content, for as long as it is on the Services and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup and legal purposes, solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
We will not sell your content, syndicate it to other websites, licence it to third parties, or allow it to be indexed by search engines without asking you separately.
The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must retain it for a legal obligation or an open investigation.
You confirm you have the right to post anything you post, and that anyone appearing in it is over 18 and has consented.
9. Moderation, reporting and removal
We review content on the Services. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where we believe these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or the law have been broken.
If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you what we removed, why, and how to appeal, unless telling you would prejudice an investigation or breach a legal duty.
You can report content or behaviour by emailing toc@virtualtalk.co.uk. We investigate every report. Our Complaints, Reporting and Takedown Policy sets out timescales and the appeals route, including the out-of-court dispute settlement option available to EU users under the Digital Services Act.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the Services for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of your legal rights in relation to the Services, including the right to services supplied with reasonable care and skill, and digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 34 to 36 and 49).
We are not liable for business losses. If you use the Services for any commercial purpose we have no liability for loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £150.
We are not responsible for third party websites you reach through links on the Services.
12. Ending this agreement
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Unspent credits you have paid for will be refunded — see the Refund Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if:
- you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- we are required to by law or by a regulator;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use;
- we stop operating the Services.
Except where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful conduct, or where the law prevents us, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
If we close your account other than for a serious breach by you, we will refund unspent credits you have paid for.
If we stop operating the Services, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and refund unspent paid-for credits.
13. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank, and our Refund Policy is designed to make that unnecessary.
If a chargeback is raised without you having first raised the issue with us, we may suspend your account while we investigate and may share information with fraud prevention and credit reference agencies. We will not forfeit credits you have paid for while a dispute is under investigation.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Where a change is material and affects you, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and you may close your account and take a refund of unspent paid-for credits before it takes effect.
Changes required by law or for security may take effect immediately.
15. General
Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between us.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business. We will tell you if we do, and it will not affect your rights.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not enforce a term, that does not stop us enforcing it later.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Complaints, Reporting and Takedown Policy together form the whole agreement between us.
Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
16. Law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you live in the United Kingdom, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
If you live in the European Union, you have the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
